We didn't start Four Pillars because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because we each lived through something we never want another family to face alone.
Each of us experienced the challenges of supporting aging loved ones without adequate guidance, flexibility, or compassionate non-medical care options. Those experiences revealed a gap in care for families who needed support but didn't qualify for traditional assistance—or simply wanted a more personal, relationship-driven approach.
Together, we created the kind of concierge care we wished existed for our own families—care built on compassion, dignity, trust, and meaningful relationships.
Founded by four women with backgrounds in healthcare, caregiving, advocacy, and community support.
